This verse may show them the way to salvation and rescue, and that is to believe sincerely in Allah, and His prophet, and in what He has sent down of revelations. But unfortunately they are not believers, because if they were; they would not befriend the ungodly. Birds of a feather flock together; and they too, are mostly debauchers and evil- doers.
