الأنفال
وَمَا لَهُمْ أَلَّا يُعَذِّبَهُمُ اللَّهُ وَهُمْ يَصُدُّونَ عَنِ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ وَمَا كَانُوا أَوْلِيَاءَهُ ۚ إِنْ أَوْلِيَاؤُهُ إِلَّا الْمُتَّقُونَ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ 34 وَمَا كَانَ صَلَاتُهُمْ عِندَ الْبَيْتِ إِلَّا مُكَاءً وَتَصْدِيَةً ۚ فَذُوقُوا الْعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْفُرُونَ 35 إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا يُنفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ لِيَصُدُّوا عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ۚ فَسَيُنفِقُونَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ عَلَيْهِمْ حَسْرَةً ثُمَّ يُغْلَبُونَ ۗ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِلَىٰ جَهَنَّمَ يُحْشَرُونَ 36 لِيَمِيزَ اللَّهُ الْخَبِيثَ مِنَ الطَّيِّبِ وَيَجْعَلَ الْخَبِيثَ بَعْضَهُ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ فَيَرْكُمَهُ جَمِيعًا فَيَجْعَلَهُ فِي جَهَنَّمَ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْخَاسِرُونَ 37 قُل لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِن يَنتَهُوا يُغْفَرْ لَهُم مَّا قَدْ سَلَفَ وَإِن يَعُودُوا فَقَدْ مَضَتْ سُنَّتُ الْأَوَّلِينَ 38 وَقَاتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّىٰ لَا تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ وَيَكُونَ الدِّينُ كُلُّهُ لِلَّهِ ۚ فَإِنِ انتَهَوْا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ 39 وَإِن تَوَلَّوْا فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ مَوْلَاكُمْ ۚ نِعْمَ الْمَوْلَىٰ وَنِعْمَ النَّصِيرُ 40
If the unbelievers persist in their obstinacy, and continue causing troubles and tumults, spoiling the peace and tranquility of the population and the society, the believers too, will have to take the disciplinary actions, and strive hard against their hostility and even fight them until there is no tumult and trouble and Allah's Law and Religion reigns supreme.
THE OBJECTS OF THE SACRED WAR (JIHAD)
These verses point at some aims and objects of the sacred Islamic fight; the technical term of which is `JIHطD'
1- To clean the community from the foul and filth of idols and idolatries, and in general of polytheism. In Islamic Law, freedom of worship, and liberty of religion exists, but for those who follow one of the Divine Religions, such as those which are founded by; ZOROASTERS, MOSES, and JESUS CHRIST (AS).
2- To obtain freedom for preaching and teaching the religion of Allah, which is known to be Islam, meaning submission to God's will; and also for the God's law to reign supreme. Of course, in the creed of Islam, peace is far better, and if the enemy desists hostility, and comes to term; wanting to live with peaceful and friendly symbiosis, he has to be answered positively and helpful.
