WHY ARE YOU AFRAID OF FIGHT WITH FOE? (VERSE NO. 11 - 12)

The same argument is continued here for more emphasis, and with some new significant point. Once again the chance of repentance which was given to them through verse No. 5 has been repeated with a different ending that: `They are your religious brothers.'

``If they, (who are at present your worst enemies) repent and perform the prayer and pay the alms- tax, then they are your brothers in religion.''

But let them not think that you observe your oaths for fear of fight with them.
